I am a collaborative leader, change agent and equity-focused professional. I bring over 25 years experience in diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging and justice, organizational climate and culture, learner success, and leadership and systems coaching. My professional experience, research and teaching focus on the lived experiences of first generation and historically marginalized populations, strengths-based institutional change, and the power of narratives for social change. I hold a PhD in Higher Education Administration and BA in Psychology from Saint Louis University, and an MA in Counseling Psychology from Boston College. I am also a Professional Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation, certified ORSC (Organizational Relationship Systems Coaching ), CliftonStrengths coach and am Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified.
